Business Development Associate

  • Partner relations; responding to partners in various groups, and relaying needs to head of BD.
  • Promotional Campaign Distribution: distributing promotional campaigns across business development channels, creating groups for partners, and following up to ensure campaigns are executed to completion
  • Initial partner outreach; Research into the crypto market and look for viable business partners for our product offerings
  • Potential launch project outreach; research market and identify suitable project startup candidates for launchpad
  • Launchpad Initial due diligence: First line of defense for DD screening, filtering out low quality and scam project applicants, for PAID Ignition and Apollo X
  • Referral program development; finding suitable partners inside and outside existing networks to create referral agreements with. Strategizing value add for each side.
  • External Launchpad management support; communicating with external partners, relaying needs to head of bd and related departments
  • Dapp Business Development; Identifying target markets for PAID Dapp, creating a BD strategy to reach target customers.
  • VC Partner Outreach: researching and making contact with new VC partners to establish deal flow channels for investment

Expected Skills:
  • Experience in Business development
  • Preferably experience in the crypto industry, either as an investor or professionally; understand wallets/ transfers, how to buy/sell crypto, etc
  • Knowledge of blockchain fundamentals
  • Network in blockchain industry is preferable
  • Fluent English;
  • Proved working experience in a business environment;
  • Excellent project management skills using various project management platforms
  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business/Management will be a plus;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • Ability to multitask;
  • Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment, be proactive and take the initiative;
  • Demonstrated ability to go deep into subject matter and solve unanswered questions;
  • Ability to tackle problems in operations, BD, marketing, etc. that the executive team currently spends a lot of time doing;
  • Ability to handle research within the field and communicate to the team in a digestible way that saves time;
  • Extremely organized;
  • Executive-level skill & fluency with Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Google Suites & Calendar management;
